We offer discounts for stays of a week and further discounts for stays over a month. Use the booking tool on the Listings page to check availability and pricing or contact us for a custom quote for extended stays.
Direct Booking Terms
A payment of 50% of the accommodation fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. The balance including the cleaning charge will be charged to the same card 15 days prior to your arrival. If your arrival is within 15 days of the date of booking full payment will be charged at the time of booking.
If you need to cancel before the final payment has been charged you may request a refund of your initial deposit (less a 10% handling fee) or rebook and allocate the deposit against that future booking.
If you cancel after the final payment has been charged your payments are not refundable but you may rebook and allocate your payments to that future booking.
Deposits/payments can only be rolled forward once. If the subsequent booking is cancelled only the cleaning fee is refundable.
